The hybrid office building features a unique double-skin façade system designed to adapt to the country’s diverse seasons. This dynamic interplay optimizes energy efficiency and creates a comfortable work environment year-round. Seamlessly blending form and function, our design sets a new standard for sustainable office architecture, integrating innovation with environmental responsibility. With a economical perspective, although, it requires a bit more budget in initial phase, the long term costs lower than a traditional office building.
